CrazilyKawaii Shipping and Customer Service Information:

**Shipping within India:**

– CrazilyKawaii ships all over India.
– Delivery duration: Minimum 5 days and Maximum 20 days for delivery all over India.
– In cases beyond CrazilyKawaii’s control causing delays, customers will be promptly supported from our end till they receive their products.

**Detailed Shipping Timeline:**

– Orders will be shipped the next working day maximum or we take 1 to 3 working days based on orders we receive. Kindly understand its a small business with very less manpower, so in case of more order flow in our website we may take little extra time to dispatch.

Shipping times vary by region:
– Tamil Nadu: 3-5 working days
– South India: 6-10 working days
– North India: 9 to 15 working days
– North East: 12 – 20 working days

– Sometimes due to local courier disturbance, there might be delay in promised delivery timeline, so we request customers to cooperate with to work with courier support team to resolve the issue.

– Express shipping options are available upon request via WhatsApp or Instagram, with charges based on the delivery pin code.

**Shipping International:**

– CrazilyKawaii ships all over World too. Kindly contact us in Whatsapp to know your country shipping charges for your cart. Payment can be done through Paypal link.

**Domestic Shipping Charges:**

– Orders above Rs. 499 enjoy free shipping.
– For orders below Rs. 499, a shipping charge of Rs. 65 applies across India.

**Cash On Delivery (COD):**

– COD orders can be considered upon request via WhatsApp or Instagram DM based on your location availability for COD.
– Shipping charges for COD orders are based on weight and delivery location.

**No Cancellation:**

–  At Crazily Kawaii, we do not accept cancellations for any purchases. All sales are final. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to ensure customer satisfaction. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance(whatsapp/email) before placing your order.

**Returns & Exchanges:**

– CrazilyKawaii does not have a return policy for products sent as per your order.
– Products are carefully packed to prevent damage.
– Damaged or incorrectly sent items will be replaced upon submission of an unboxing video from start to end without break in the video.
– Damage is considered only if the product is broken with an unboxing video.
– For refunds due to damage, email crazilykawaii.india@gmail.com with a photo and unboxing video of the damaged product.
– Returns or exchanges are subject to hygiene precautions and must be in unused and unopened condition.
– Shipping costs for returning products for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
– Refunds or replacements are issued after quality checks.

Kindly note that we address damages only at the time the Order is delivered to you. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty for our products after usage.
